1. Trial Access & Demo Classes

We offer limited free demo videos and trial content to help you understand the quality of our courses. We encourage users to explore this trial content before purchasing a paid course.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital educational content and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted to premium content, including:

• Animated video lectures
• Downloadable study materials and notes
• Practice papers or test series
• Personalized learning plans

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course, the excess payment will be refunded after verification.
• Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our platform prevents access to the course for more than 72 hours after payment, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• Wrong Course Purchase: In case a student mistakenly purchases the wrong course, we may offer a course transfer (not a refund), provided the course content has not been accessed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the valid exceptions above:

• Mention your registered email ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund
• Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Promotional or discounted offers
